Your firm requires our permission to carry out activities specified by the Regulated Activities Order 2001. Here is a non-exhaustive list.

It is your responsibility to establish whether your firm’s proposed business requires you to apply for authorisation to carry on regulated activities. If you are in doubt about whether or not you may be carrying on regulated activities for which permission is required, please consider seeking independent legal advice.

Consumer credit activities

  • Entering into a regulated credit agreement as lender
