Keeping in one place information we’ve released under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) and which we think is of public interest.
We may add a response to our Disclosure Log if it meets the following criteria:
- Several other requests have been made on the same or a closely related subject.
- It would demonstrate how we exercise our regulatory functions or make decisions.
- It would show the progress we’re making on greater openness and transparency.
- It would inform public debate.
Where an item already appears on our publication scheme guide to information, it will not be added to the Log.
List of disclosures made under FOIA
Below are lists of some of the disclosures made under FOIA, which we consider to be of public interest, with a short summary of each document and the date it was released.
To preserve the integrity of the original documents, all files are in PDF format and have not been formatted for access. We will extend the list as items that we consider to be of public interest are requested and released.
Some responses to freedom of information requests consist of large numbers of documents that are not held in an electronic format. For details about how to access any hard copy material, please email [email protected].
