How to send documents to us securely using the Electronic Submission System (ESS).
Access the Electronic Submission System
New users: Submit an online registration request (select 'Register for System Access'). You must register on an individual basis using your corporate email address. This will be your username when logging on to the system.

From 3 November 2025, as a result of PS24/19 Enhancing the National Storage Mechanism, there are changes to the process for submitting documents to the NSM. See our National Storage Mechanism page for more information.

Multi-factor authentication
We’ve strengthened how you log into ESS to further protect and control access to our data. You now need to enter a one-time passcode each time you log in. See our resource page for more information.
