Multi-factor authentication strengthens how firms and others sign in to our systems, and it helps to protect and control access to our data.
Multi-factor authentication
My FCA is your portal to access Connect, Online Invoicing System and RegData
Sign in using your existing details for direct access to Connect, Online Invoicing and RegData tasks.
Scheduled tasks have a due date and status so you can see what needs to be completed and when.
Multi-factor authentication ensures only you access your accounts. You now need to enter a one-time passcode when you sign in to:
- My FCA
- Connect
- Online Invoicing (Fees Portal)
- RegData
- Shared Intelligence Service (SIS)
- Electronic Submission System (ESS)
To continue to access FCA systems you will need to register and turn on multi-factor authentication. You’ll be prompted when you sign in to these systems.
Once you have authenticated using your one-time passcode for My FCA, Connect, RegData or Online Invoicing you won’t need to re-authenticate while you remain signed in to these systems.
Multi-factor authentication is also used to verify your identity when you call the Supervision Hub, using a one-time passcode sent by text message.
Below we have further information to help you understand the process.
