How to send documents to us securely using the Electronic Submission System (ESS).

Access the Electronic Submission System

New users: Submit an online registration request (select 'Register for System Access'). You must register on an individual basis using your corporate email address – this will be your username when logging on to the new system.

Enhancements to our submission portal

We have now upgraded the look and feel of our ESS portal. 

Our ESS User Guide has been updated to show the new look and feel of the portal.

Multi-factor authentication

We’ve strengthened how you log into ESS to further protect and control access to our data. You now need to enter a one-time passcode each time you log in. See our resource page for more information.
