We have been using the segmentation model to build a deeper understanding of the people that we work to protect, their attitudes and behaviours, and what influences them when they make financial decisions.

Consumer Spotlight allows you to identify segments by a wide variety of characteristics, including age, income and location, and examine data for every segment across a range of product and demographic categories.
