Logos and photos

Regulated firms, and organisations like lawyers, auditors and event organisers are not permitted to use the FCA logo on any of their documentation or promotional material.

Updated FCA logo

The FCA logo has been updated as part of a phased approach. We are aiming to implement the brand refresh taking into account our value for money objective. This means that the existing FCA logo will be phased out over the next year as we update systems and templates as part of our move to Stratford.  The new logo will be used on our publications and our website but we will not change printed materials such as letterheads or business cards until either they run out or we change address.

Use of our logo, disclosure and photos

Use of the FCA logo is not permitted - this includes firm’s mandatory regulatory status disclosure GEN 4. The Financial Services Authority (FSA) logo should also be removed from all documentation.

If you are dual regulated the required disclosure is ‘Authorised by the Prudential Regulation Authority and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and Prudential Regulation Authority’. If you are only regulated by us, the required disclosure is ‘Authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority’.

If you have a query about the use of the FCA logo, please contact the Editorial and Digital team. We will respond to your query within 5 working days.
