Firms which carry out business between the UK and the European Economic Area (EEA) are likely to be affected by the end of the transition period.

 

Temporary permissions regime

The temporary permissions regime will enable relevant firms and funds which passport into the UK to continue operating in the UK when the passporting regime falls away at the end of the transition period.
