The FCA has been recognised as one of the top 100 Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Trans (LGBT) friendly places to work.
The Stonewall Top 100 Employers are the best performing employers on Stonewall’s Workplace Equality Index 2020, an annual audit of lesbian, gay, bi and trans inclusion by employers across workplaces, services and communities.
This year the FCA was ranked 59th by demonstrating a commitment to being an inclusive place to work. This public recognition follows a range of initiatives, programmes and activities led by our LGBT+ network and other FCA teams.
Andrew Bailey, Chief Executive of the FCA, said: ‘We are proud to, again, be part of Stonewall's Top 100 LGBT+ friendly employers. This recognition sends a strong signal to industry, consumers and other external stakeholders about our commitment to diversity and inclusion.’
