Individual rights request

We've designed this form to help you send the FCA an individual rights request under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) (which is implemented through the Data Protection Act 2018).

This is consistent with how the government characterises the UK GDPR.

Please be polite to our people when requesting information, as we don’t allow abusive behaviour towards them and it may impact how well we are able to communicate with you on your request. Find out more.
