Information on number of FOIA requests received by the FCA - December 2023

The information is publicly available from our website, broken down by Financial Year, and can be obtained using the links below. For this reason, we are exempted from having to disclose it to you under section 21 (Information reasonably accessible to the applicant by other means) of FOIA. For more details on why we are applying this exemption please see Annex A below.

From April 2023 to date, a total of 549 requests have been received.

The FCA Disclosure Log contains information we have already released under FOIA, and which we think is of wider public interest. We usually update our log on a 6-monthly basis. However, we are currently reviewing our publication processes, and this has caused some delay in publishing the latest batch of responses. We expect to be able to publish the next batch of responses by the end of February.
