Information on business interruption insurance - December 2022

Freedom of Information: Right to know request:

(1)  How much money did the FCA spend bringing legal action on the Business Interruption Insurance claims which sprung from the pandemic.

(2)  Did the FCA do any research into how many business interruption insurance policies had disease clauses limited to at the premises, compared to how many extended in some way beyond the premises?

(3)  If yes please provide the details.

(4)  Did the FCA ensure it brought terms which impacted most customers to be considered at court?

(5)  Did the FCA in anyway assist the financial ombudsman service limited  with the way it's interpreted the test case in relation to at the premises policies and how the test case should be interpreted when looking at at the premises policies?
