The FCA produces derivation and changes tables for consultations papers (CPs) and policy statements (PSs) dealing with the repeal and replacement of retained EU law (REUL). These tables set out how REUL has been repealed and replaced by Handbook rules and include details of the source REUL provisions, their destination in the Handbook (where applicable) and a description of how the Handbook rules differ from their source material. These tables are published in the relevant CPs and PSs.
The table below sets out interactive versions of the derivation and changes tables published by the FCA in policy statements. The tables reflect the status of REUL and Handbook provisions at the time the relevant policy statement was published and are not updated for any subsequent changes.
