We regularly organise events to raise awareness of the services available, provide support to innovators and discuss emerging trends in the sector.
Innovation Hub events include:
- roundtables that focus on the Innovation Hub and the FCA and ask for feedback on how we can improve our operations
- surgeries that provide support to businesses experiencing specific and common issues working with the regulatory framework, including Q&A sessions to explore problems and coaching sessions to educate attendees
- thematic workshops that draw on industry expertise to discuss emerging trends in the sector and consider potential impact from a regulatory perspective.
We are also often invited to events – such as workshops, roadshows, roundtables, conferences and panel sessions – hosted by other organisations that support innovation in financial services.
Themed weeks on InsurTech and Blockchain
As part of our themed weeks series we will be holding two events over the coming months on InsurTech and Blockchain. Our themed weeks are designed to promote engagement between the FCA and interested stakeholders, as well as help inform our thinking on trends around innovation. We will be updating these pages with more information on these events in the coming weeks, including dates, venue and how to get involved. If you would like to express an interest in attending either of these events, or if you are interested in hosting our InsurTech themed week, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
International Innovate Seminar
Alongside Innovate Finance’s Global Summit on 10-11 April and HM Treasury’s International FinTech Conference for investors on 12 April, we will be hosting an International Innovate Seminar for regulators on 12 April in London. Our event will bring together regulators from around the world to share their experiences and perspectives of fostering innovation in financial services. We will be updating these pages with more information on our event in the coming weeks.
