On 23 July 2019, we published a consultation on draft guidance for firms on the fair treatment of vulnerable customers. The draft guidance sets out our views of what firms should do, under our Principles for Businesses, to treat vulnerable consumers fairly.
We are holding events in London & Leeds where you will have an opportunity to explore whether the guidance covers the right issues and to give us your feedback.
Who should attend?
This event is aimed at staff responsible for developing customer strategy and policy as well as those responsible for customer facing roles.
A maximum of two delegates per firm can attend. Please note this event is not open to trade bodies.
There is no fee to attend.
