FSA - PS13/7 Complaints against the regulators

This Policy Statement sets out the scheme for complaints against the Bank of England, the Financial Conduct Authority and the Prudential Regulation Authority.

Why are we issuing this Policy Statement (PS)?

In November 2012, the Financial Conduct Authority (the FCA), the Prudential Regulation Authority (the PRA) and the Bank of England (the Bank) (together known as ‘the regulators’) published proposals for the new complaints scheme. We are now giving feedback on the responses we have received and setting out the final Complaints Scheme (the Scheme).

Who is this PS aimed at?

This paper will interest consumers and all firms and individuals that will be regulated, registered or authorised by the FCA, the PRA or the Bank.

Policy Statement
