KBW Associates Ltd (KBW) was placed into liquidation on 27 November 2018.

At this stage, it is uncertain whether a dividend will be payable in the Liquidation and in these circumstances the FSCS has been notified. Claimants should contact the FSCS directly to submit details of their claims.
Complaints with the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS)
Clients who have already complained to the FOS should speak to their case handler if they have not already been contacted, to discuss next steps and their complaint being transferred to the FSCS for consideration.
