We have launched a survey of mortgages in the UK. It collects information that will help us understand more about people with mortgages and how they are managing them.
This information will be useful for consumers who have been invited by us to take part in research concerning their mortgage.
This research will take place during August and September 2017 and is being conducted by our research partners, Kantar Public, an independent research organisation. Kantar Public will write to consumers inviting them to participate. After 14 days, if you have not opted-out, they will follow up with a phone call. We would like to thank everyone who takes part in this research.
How we will use the survey results
These findings will help us understand more about consumers and how they are managing their mortgages and any engagement with their lenders. The research is due to be published in early 2018.
