Please provide:
- The number of funds that have applied for each sustainability label under the Sustainability Disclosure Requirements, as of the latest possible date.
- The number of funds that have been granted each label.
- The number of funds that have been rejected for each label.

We can confirm that we hold some of the requested information and our response is below.
We would like to explain that funds do not need to apply to the FCA use a label but do need to notify us. On that basis, please see below for the number of notifications we have received as of 09:00 on 17 September 2024.
- Number of funds that have formally notified the FCA of their intention to use to a sustainability label: 7.
- As this is a notification process, none of these have been 'granted' a label.
- Likewise, no funds have been 'rejected'.
Additionally, please be aware existing authorised funds which intend to use a label may consider it necessary to amend their fund disclosures in order to meet the requirements of our rules. In this instance, these disclosures may be subject to FCA approval, but this does not constitute FCA approval to use a label.
