Please provide a summary of salutations for SMF applications for UK-listed insurers.

We can confirm that we hold some of the requested information, which is set out in Annex A below. We have provided details of the requested number of applications per salutation over the last 12-month period for those applications that fall under the remit of the FCA as administrative lead.
While you have requested the salutations used in SMF applications for dual-regulated firms where the PRA is the administrative lead, we are unable to provide this information as it is held by the PRA. This information can be requested from the PRA. Please note that there are no solo-regulated insurers corresponding to your request.
Please note that some instances, the salutation field was left blank during the application process. This has been reflected in the citation of ‘NULL’ in the salutation field.
