The total number and the total value of loans for residential house purchases for all buyers that are at loan to income multiples of 4.5 times income or greater.
1. Can you provide the data by post code area with an initial number eg. E1, YO7.
2. Can you provide the data for each of the following time periods: April 1st 2021 to March 31st 2022. April 1st 2022 to March 31st 2023.
If it is not possible to provide data for all of the years requested, please provide data for as many years as possible, with the latest years prioritised. If it is not possible to provide data for the specific time periods outlined, please provide data for each of the years written above up to December 31st.

We can provide the requested data in the attached document (Annex A), which sets out the number of mortgage sales with loan to income multiples of 4.5 times or more by postcode district for the last two 12-month periods
Please note that this data:
- is based on the data submitted to us by regulated firms through their mortgage product sales data reporting (PSD001). This is in line with their requirements under SUP16.11 of the FCA Handbook; and
- may be different to other data published by the FCA on mortgage sales due to resubmissions reported by regulated firms.
