Please provide information regarding the number of reports of breaches of the Conduct Rules which firms have provided to the FCA. Specifically:
Please provide annual figures for the number of reports of breaches of the Conduct Rules by non-senior managers (as required under SUP 15.11.4) the FCA has received from authorised firms since the implementation of the SM&CR. Firms are required to provide this information to the FCA via report REP008.
Please also provide annual figures for the number of notifications the FCA has received of breaches of the Conduct Rules by senior managers. Firms make these reports on Connect using Form D or Form C.
