I would like to get a list containing the individual names of the Pension Administration firms registered with the FCA. Please note that the full request is available on Annex C.

We can confirm that we hold the requested information, which is set out in Annex A and Annex B attached.
Annex A lists the firms currently have the permission to operate a personal and/or stakeholder pension scheme and indicates which of these firms have obtained these permissions since the first request. Annex B lists firms that had one of these permissions at the time of the first request but no longer hold either permission.
Please note, we have identified that the previous figure of 183 that you identified in FOI8115 included double counting where a firm had both the permission to establish/operate/wind up a personal pension scheme and permission to establish/operate/wind up a stakeholder pension scheme. Therefore, the number should have been 158 as there were 25 firms that were double counted.
