Under the Freedom of Information Act and in reference to a previous FOI response (your ref: FOI7337), I would like to know the following:

  1. How many inquiries has the FCA opened relating to cryptocurrency businesses?
  2. How many ongoing inquiries are there at present?

Please provide this data broken down by quarter for each of the last five years, with a year-end of June 30 (or the latest quarter available). If you are unable to provide the data for the last five years, please just provide it for each of the last three years. If this is not possible, please provide the data for each of the last two years. If this is not possible, please provide the data for the latest year available.
