Please may you provide me with the total number of regulated mortgage advisers per year between 2005 and 2023, along with added data from firms with mortgage advisors with additional advisors for non-investment insurance, retail investments and second charge lending.
Please provide the information in the form of a table with the year on the left-hand side and columns with the different advisers along the top.

We can confirm that we hold the requested information, which can be found below in Annex A. Please note, advice-related data for second charge mortgages was only collected from 2016 onwards.
