Last year I was sent information by MLAR statistics about
1. Counts of fixed versus variable-rate mortgages by ITL1 region in the UK (e.g., London, East of England, Northwest, etc.) as of H2 2022
2. Incentivised rate end dates for fixed-term mortgages (as of H2 2022)
I would like updated spreadsheet of this same data (most recent data available), and if the data for (1) is available by local authority in England that would be great and sharing this would be much appreciated.

In considering this data, please note the following:
- The data is sourced from Product Sales Data (PSD0007) rather than from MLAR;
- We are unable to split the data by local authority regions as we do not hold it at this level of granularity.
