Mean and Median Tenure for all SMF roles for the UK insurance industry, since the start of the Senior Managers and Certification Regime. I would like this information for ALL UK insurer firms, defined as firms whose main area of activity fall within the Insurance portfolio. I would like the data further broken down by firms headquartered in either of the postcodes EC1, EC2, EC3 and EC4 vs everywhere else in the UK.

We can confirm that we hold the requested information, which is attached as Annex A. The data provided relates to firms whose main area of activity is within the ‘General Insurance & Pure Protection’ sector. The figures were accurate as at 1 February 2024.
