Freedom of Information: Right to know request:
Data drawn from regulatory submissions made to RegData by FCA-regulated firms: the total number of ISAs reported in those submissions, and the total amount subscribed into ISAs (in pounds sterling) as reported in the same submissions.
Please break down both figures by month, covering each of the three years up to December 2025. Where data to that date is not available, please provide figures up to the latest year-end for which data was held
If this is not possible to provide both the number of ISAs and the total amount subscribed, please provide the number of ISAs alone.

We can confirm that we hold the requested information, which is set out in Annex A below. For ease of reference, our response to question 1 is set out in the column titled “Number of Sales”. Likewise. Our response to question 2 is set out in the column titled “Total Premium Amount (£)”.
Please note that datasets are submitted twice a year. As such, some of the figures in the later period of each submission can change significantly, if for instance the data was extracted partway through the submission cycle.
Similarly, firms may also change their permissions during a submission cycle. When this occurs, their data may be removed from the dataset. The information provided in Annex A is correct as of 22 January 2026.
