1. The number of cryptocurrency firms (including exchanges and trading platforms) investigated by the FCA between 01 October 2020 and 01 October 2025. Please provide a figure for each year.
2. The number of enforcement actions taken against cryptocurrency firms in the same period. Please provide a figure for each year.
3. For each individual enforcement action that has taken place between the above dates, please provide: the date on which the action was taken, the name of the firm, and the nature of the action taken (including the fine amount where applicable).
If full disclosure of firm names is not possible, please provide the data in anonymised form.
