Please note, as insider dealing is a criminal offence, we have interpreted " proceedings" to mean prosecutions.
1. Currently, there are nine individuals awaiting trial.
2. We have 74 open cases where the identified primary or secondary issue relates to insider dealing.
3. Our success rate of insider dealing convictions over the past 10 years is 78%. There have been 14 convictions out of a total of 18 prosecutions.
