A list of all the FCA-regulated firms who have the advising on investments permission, normally referred to as financial advisers. (a complete list of all firms, ideally broken down by geographic region, who currently hold this authorisation).

The information you have requested is attached as Annex A. This is a collation of the information that is published on the FCA register of authorised firms.
The list is based on firms that hold the permission ‘Advising on investments (except on Pension Transfers and Pension Opt-Outs)’ with the Customer Type ‘Retail (Investment)’, as shown on the Financial Services Register.
The list is accurate as at 19 March 2025.
