Please could you confirm if the RBS FSMA S166 investigation included the interviewing of third parties including Valuers and Insolvency Practitioners and, if so, was this carried out? The reason for this is that I cannot see a reference to the people interviewed within the report.

The skilled person’s methodology involved meetings/interviews with the affected customers and the relevant relationship managers at the bank. We are not aware of any wider engagement with third parties in the individual case reviews.
