  1.  How many raids has the FCA instigated in the last three years? I would like this broken down by month, with a year-end 31st December 2024.

FCA response:

We have interpreted “raid” to mean the exercise of statutory powers of search and seizure by the FCA or law enforcement in connection with an FCA investigation on a without notice basis. The figures below relate to the number of FCA enforcement investigations where statutory powers of search and seizure were used. There may be occasions where multiple powers are used simultaneously.
