Please provide the following from the reporting received in respect of money remittance products:

1. The number of complaints in the context of the number of payment service products sold.
2. The number of complaints opened/received by firms.
3. Percentage closed within 3 days.
4. Percentage closed after 3 days but within 15 days.
5. Complaints closed after 15 days but within 35 days.
6. Complaints closed outside 35 days.
7. Percentage of complaints upheld.
8. Redress paid for upheld complaints.
9. Redress paid for complaints not upheld.

Please provide this data separately for H1 2024 and H2 2024.
