A) Please provide a list of all CMC's specifically with permission for "lead generating activities".
Next to each firm, please provide:
(1) whether this permission is temporary of permanent
(2) the date they received authorisation to carry out this activity
(3) the revenue from "seeking out, referrals and identification of claims or potential claims" as reported by the firm for the most recent year and
(4) the average number of employees reported by the firm for the most recent year
B) Please provide a list of all CMC's specifically with permission for advising a claimant/investigating a claim/representing a claimant **for the Financial Services and Products sector only**.
Next to each firm, please provide:
(1) whether this permission is temporary or permanent
(2) the date they received authorisation to carry out this activity
(3) the revenue from this specific activity, for the financial services and products sector only, as reported by the firm for the most recent year
(4) number of claims pursued, for the financial services and products sector only, as reported by the firm for the most recent year
(5) number of successful claims, for the financial services and products sector only, as reported by the firm for the most recent year
(6) the average number of employees reported by the firm for the most recent year
C) The number of new applications for authorisation for a CMC to advise a claimant/investigate a claim/represent a claimant **for the Financial Services and Products sector only** processed by the FCA in the last 12 months [i.e. those where a decision has been taken in the 12 months leading up to today; the actual applications could have been submitted at any time before that]. Please also provide the average time taken to process these applications, and the success rate of these applications.
