Finally, please note that Annex A contains all firms listed on the Financial Services Register with business type 3MLD (Third Money Laundering Directive).
To differentiate between active and inactive firms, the MLD Registered marker signifies that the firms in the list are active whilst the Formerly 3MLD Registered marker signifies inactive firms.
