FCA response:

A copy of the data request is attached as Annex A.
2. How many firms the FCA used attestations with, as referenced in this line: "Where appropriate, we used attestations to make sure that progress is made to meet the requirements."
We can confirm that we used attestations with two firms.
3. Copies of any meeting minutes or data requests the FCA has sent to firms since the review as part of its "ongoing" assessment of algorithmic trading controls, as referenced in this line: "We will continue to assess firms algorithmic trading controls as part of our ongoing supervisory work."
