Description:
Aggregate FCA Group employee turnover, including the Payment Systems Regulator (PSR), was 7.5% for 2025/26. This includes fixed term contracts ending, summer interns and other involuntary turnover.
Voluntary turnover, where colleagues choose, to leave was 6% for 2025/26 which was the lowest since the FCA was established.
