OE-M04: Total number of individuals within scope of Senior Managers and Certification Regime (SM&CR) – broken down by SM and CR
Individuals may appear on the register for active senior manager (SM) and certified functions at the same time, so they are counted in both figures.
CR refers to the Certification Regime. Unlike under the Senior Managers Regime, we do not approve individuals carrying out certified functions. Firms must check and certify that these individuals are fit and proper themselves.
