You do not have to answer all of the questions but we recommend providing as much information and supporting evidence – for example, copies of meeting notes, emails, letters and/or invoices - as you can. The more specific and concrete the information you are able to provide, the better we are able to review a complaint and reach a decision on next steps efficiently.
