Why are we publishing this policy statement?
In February 2016, we, the Prudential Regulation Authority and the Bank of England (together known as ‘the regulators’) published proposals for amendments to the Complaints Scheme. This Policy Statement provides feedback on the response we have received and contains the finalised amendments.
