Why we are consulting

Via our July 2026 Handbook Notice, we updated rules in our Prospectus Rules: Admission to Trading on a Regulated Market (PRM) sourcebook which require us to update Technical Notes (TNs) 602 and 605.

Following consultation on TN 103 in PMB 48 and the finalisation of the UK Listing Rules (UKLR), we are proposing to revoke the guidance in TN 103 by deleting it from the Knowledge Base.

After updating Procedural Note 902.4 in January 2026, we have reviewed our processes and propose revoking this PN as it duplicates information that can be found elsewhere on our website.

Amendments to the following technical notes: 

• Exemptions from the requirement to produce a prospectus - Primary Market/TN/602.5 
• Supplementary prospectuses - Primary Market/TN/605.5

Revocation of the following technical note:

• The independent business requirements for companies applying for premium listing – interpretation of LR 6.4, LR 6.5 and LR 6.6 - UKLA/TN/103.1

Revocation of the following procedural note:

• Listing securities via Final terms - Primary Market/PN/902.4
