Summary of feedback received
The Knowledge Base is the FCA’s repository of non-handbook commentary that has the status of formal FCA guidance. It consists of a series of short procedural and technical notes published in PDF form and ordered by topic. The notes relate to aspects of the Listing Rules, Prospectus Regulation Rules and Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
We have made the following changes to the Knowledge Base, which we proposed in PMB No. 20:
The amendment of one existing procedural note
- Primary Market Oversight and Listing Transactions – decision making and individual guidance process (FCA/PN/908.2)
The addition of two new procedural notes:
- Sponsor Service Enquiry Line (FCA/PN/912.1)
- Schemes of arrangement (FCA/PN/913.1)
The deletion of one existing procedural note:
- UKLA standard comments (FCA/PN/906.2)
The amendment of one existing technical note:
