This report provides an update on the progress of our consumer communications campaign and supervisory work in support of the 29 August 2019 deadline for payment protection insurance (PPI) complaints.

Next steps

Following the deadline, we will publish our final report in early 2020. It will provide a definitive review of the overall impact of our measures and draw the PPI issue to a close.
