On 3 October 2022, we imposed a number of requirements on Lilium Markets Ltd (‘Lilium’), a registered small payment institution, and removed the firm’s ability to provide payment services.
Lilium must not issue or publish any advertising or financial promotions in relation to payment services, money service business, regulated activities or electronic money.
Lilium has never been authorised by us and does not have permissions to carry out any regulated activities, including in relation to investments.
