The FCA and Practitioner Panel joint survey for 2021 has launched. We sent the survey to a sample of regulated firms, so they can share their feedback on how the FCA regulates the industry.
The survey is carried out on our behalf by Kantar Public, an independent social research organisation. Kantar sends the survey to all fixed firms and a sample of 12,000 flexible firms. If you’re one of the firms selected to complete the survey, please take the time to provide us with your valuable feedback.
We carried out our last survey in 2019. We decided not to undertake the survey in 2020 because of the challenges firms faced with the Coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic.
We’ll use the survey results to understand better the issues affecting firms, and adjust our approach to become a better regulator. The results are presented to the Panels and our Board and will be published in Autumn 2021.
In line with the Market Research Society Code of Conduct, Kantar Public treats all survey responses in the strictest confidence. Personal information will not be published or shared with the FCA or the Panels.
