  • Example: Writing to or visiting a firm, asking it for information, or asking it to attest to compliance with our rules.

C: Report informed our work

  • Example: Includes harm prevention – but we did not take direct action.

D: Recorded on our intelligence systems 

  • Example: These reports did not indicate harm and/or were not of relevance to the FCA.
