Freedom of Information: Right to know request:

1. The number of First Supervisory Notices given from 26 November 2021 – the date of the request.

2. The number of Second Supervisory Notices given from 26 November 2021 – the date of the request.

3. The number of instances where a subject of a Supervisory Notice has made a privacy application to the Upper Tribunal and how many of these applications have been granted by the Upper Tribunal. 

4. The number of instances where a subject of a Supervisory Notice has made a suspension application to the Upper Tribunal and how many of these applications have been granted by the Upper Tribunal.

5. The number of instances where a subject of a Supervisory Notice, within 12 months after the date of the Supervisory Notice, is no longer authorised to conduct regulated activities by the FCA for the following financial years: 2022/23, 2023/24, 2024/25.

6. The number of firms that have commenced wind down proceedings since March 2025 whilst subject to a voluntary requirement.

7. The number of Voluntary Requirements that are not published or otherwise reflected in the firm’s entry in the Financial Services Register from March 2025 – the date of the request.
