In relation to the new regulatory gateway for the approval of financial promotions by unauthorised firms:
1. The number of firms that have received the "Approver Permission" to date and the average timescales for the approval
2. The number of firms who have applied for but did not receive the "Approver Permission"
3. The number of applications that are still in the assessment stage
4. The number of firms that submitted a variation of permission application to obtain the "Approver Permission" after the application period ended i.e. from the 7th February 2024 onwards
