I would be grateful if this data could be provided on a tax year basis, specifically for:
- 2025/26
- 2024/25
- 2023/24
- 2022/23
- 2021/22
Please use a year-end of 31 March for each period.
If available, I would also appreciate a geographical breakdown of the data (for example, by local authority, parliamentary constituency, or any other regional classification held).
If it is not possible to provide data aligned to a 31 March year-end, please provide the information for the most recent five years using the latest year-end available.
If data for five years is not available, I would be grateful for data covering the most recent four years, or, if necessary, the most recent three years.
Where exact figures cannot be disclosed, please provide the closest available estimate.

The data relates to the number and total value of regulated mortgage sales with advances greater than or equal to £5 million (≥£5m).
The figures are taken from FCA Product Sales Data (PSD001) and cover the period from Q2 2021 to Q4 2025.
Please note that data for Q1 2026 is not yet available. The information is presented by financial year (running from Q2 to Q1, where applicable) and includes a regional breakdown.
